Google API disclosure

 Last updated: 17-04-2025

Just Stream uses Google APIs, including YouTube Data API Services, to enable key features of our platform such as livestream management and chatbot interaction.

  • How We Use Google APIs

When you connect your YouTube account to Just Stream, we request authorisation via Google OAuth 2.0. This allows us to access limited YouTube data such as:

  • Your channel’s livestream details

  • Live chat messages

  • Stream metadata (title, description, status)

We use this data only to provide the streaming functionality and real-time engagement features you expect from the platform. We do not access or store your Google account credentials.

  • How to Grant Access

When prompted to connect your YouTube account, you will be redirected to a secure Google authorisation page. There, you will be asked to approve access to specific YouTube permissions.
Once granted, Just Stream will use this access to retrieve livestream and chat data, and to post chatbot responses during your stream.
You can review the scopes we request before authorising, and you may cancel at any point before confirming.

  • How to Revoke Access

You can revoke Just Stream’s access to your YouTube account at any time. To do this, visit your Google account permissions page, locate “Just Stream”, and select “Remove Access”.

  • Additional Policies

By connecting your Google account and using our services, you agree to:
