By using Just Stream, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

  • Use of YouTube Services

When you connect your YouTube account or stream to YouTube using Just Stream, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  • Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for the content you stream or upload using Just Stream. You must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and the policies of YouTube, Twitch, or any other platform you use.

If you use automated features such as AI chatbots or other integrations, you remain fully responsible for any content generated or published through your stream.

You must not intentionally use the platform or automated features to generate harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content.

  • Control Over Livestream Settings

Before streaming, you will be able to set your livestream’s title, description, and privacy status (public, private, or unlisted). Just Stream will not change or publish your content without your authorisation.

 

  • Account Access and Revocation

You may connect your YouTube account using Google authorisation or connect other platforms such as Twitch using their respective authorization systems. You can revoke Just Stream’s access at any time through your Google account settings or through the permission settings of the respective platform.

  • Limitation of Liability

Just Stream is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your use of the platform, including content removal, chatbot-generated messages, or account issues caused by third-party services such as YouTube, Twitch, or other platforms.

 

  • Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll post the updated version here. Continued use of Just Stream means you accept the changes.
