​Just Stream provides an optional feature that allows users to connect an AI-powered chatbot to their livestream chats on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming services.

This feature uses automated systems powered by large language models (“AI”).

• Automated Responses

       Messages generated by the chatbot are produced automatically by artificial intelligence systems.

       AI-generated responses may sometimes be:

• Inaccurate

• Incomplete

• Inappropriate

• Offensive or unexpected

      Just Stream does not control or review chatbot messages in real time.

• User Responsibility

       Users who enable the AI chatbot are responsible for monitoring its behavior during their livestreams.

       This includes ensuring that chatbot messages comply with the rules and community guidelines of the streaming                  platforms used.

       Users should disable the chatbot if inappropriate behavior occurs.

• Third-Party Platform Enforcement

       Streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch enforce their own moderation policies.

       These platforms may take actions including:

• Removing messages

• Issuing warnings or strikes

• Suspending or banning channels

       Just Stream has no control over these enforcement decisions.​

       Any moderation actions taken by third-party platforms as a result of chatbot activity remain the responsibility of the               user operating the stream.​

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Just Stream is not responsible for damages, penalties, account restrictions, or other consequences resulting from the use of the AI chatbot feature.​
